At ChewProof, we believe in the quality and durability of our products. We stand by every dog bed we create and are committed to ensuring you and your furry friend are completely satisfied. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, our 30-Day Money Back Return Policy has got you covered.

How It Works

  1. If it’s not right
    • From the day your ChewProof bed arrives, you have 30 days to put it to the test. Let your dog jump on it, chew on it, and give it the full canine treatment.
  2. Not Satisfied? No Worries!
    • If you or your dog aren’t completely happy with the bed, let us know within 30 days of your purchase date and return it within the next seven.
  3. Get in Touch
    • Contact us via email at kevin@chewproof.com.au or call us on 0408 070 009.
    • Please provide your order number and details about the reason for your return.
  4. Return Shipping
    • Because we support initial shipping expenses of the bed, returns are at your expense.
  5. Refund Process
    • Once we receive the returned bed,
    • We will inspect it to ensure there is no willful damage to the frame or mat.
    • If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
    • The refund will be credited back via your original method of payment.

Important Notes

  • Original Packaging: Whenever possible, please return the bed in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
  • Condition: We understand your dog might give it a good test, but we can’t accept returns with excessive damage, stains, or odors.
  • Shipping Costs: Will be at your expense.
  • Exchanges: Prefer a different size or color? No problem! Contact us, and we’ll arrange an exchange for you. Return shipping and the shipping of the alternative bed will be at your expense.
