Returns
If the bed is not suitable for the purpose for which it was purchased, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange a return.
Returned beds must be in a resaleable condition. A reduced refund may apply if the bed shows signs of use, damage or wear.
Our Warranty
Our Riplock PVC mats come with a twelve (12) month guarantee.
Should your dog manage to put a hole in the Riplock PVC mat within this period, we’ll replace it.
For our Tough Pet Mesh mats, we offer a one hundred (100) day guarantee.
If your dog damages the ToughMesh mat within this timeframe, we’ll either send you a new one or provide a Riplock mat in its place to resolve the issue.
The aluminium frame is guaranteed for the life of your pup, 10 years in a residential setting when you register for the warranty (or 5 years in a commercial environment). Give us a picture of the broken frame and we’ll either replace the part or return your funds.
