If you’re not happy upon receipt of the bed, please let us know.
We’ll take it back without question and return your funds.
Our Warranty
Our Riplock PVC mats come with a twelve (12) month guarantee. Should your dog manage to put a hole in the Riplock PVC mat within this period, we’ll happily replace it or refund your money if a replacement isn’t sufficient.
For our Tough Pet Mesh mats, we offer a one hundred (100) day guarantee. If your dog damages the Tough Pet Mesh mat within this timeframe, we’ll either send you a new one or provide a refund if we determine that a replacement won’t solve the issue.
The aluminium frame is guaranteed for the life of your pup, 10 years in a residential setting when you register for the warranty (or 5 years in a commercial environment). Give us a picture of the broken frame and we’ll either replace the part or return your funds.
