If you’re not happy upon receipt of the bed, please let us know.
We’ll take it back without question, and return your funds.
Our Warranty
Our mats are guaranteed for twelve (12) months.
If your dog puts a hole in the mat within 12 months, we’ll replace it or return your funds if we don’t believe a replacement will suffice.
The Aluminium frame is guaranteed for the life of your pup 10 years in a residential setting when you register for the warranty (or 5 years in a commercial environment). Give us a picture of the broken frame and we’ll either replace the part or return your funds.
