Definitions
- ChewProof: Refers to us, well our company, website, and the products and services we offer.
- Customer: That’s you whatever individual or entity that purchases the products. If you’ve come about them another way, that’s on you.
- Products: Refers to all items available for purchase on our website, including but not limited to chew-proof dog beds and accessories.
- Services: We really don’t offer services, but if we do we’ll be clear about what we offer.
Using the Website
You agree to:
- Use the website in accordance with these terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when making a purchase, creating an affiliate account etc….
Orders and Payment
- Placing Orders: Orders can be placed through our website. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, if anything goes awry, we’ll reach out immediately.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST, that’s how we do business. Prices are subject to change without notice, and from time to time we will create special events. Please accept that we can’t backdate these.
- Payment: We accept various forms of payment including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as specified on our website. We’ll only ship on Payment made in full (when using PayPal Pay in 4, or other similar after-pay arrangement that is considered a Payment in full to us).
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping: We offer shipping within Australia as per the site. If you are elsewhere and want to buy our products, reach out to Kevin@chewproof.com.au for a price on the application.
- Delivery: We aim to dispatch orders the next business day normally and will contact you if there is a delay. Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
- Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The product must be in a state where we can resell the product at full price for a full refund. If it is not in an “as new” state, we may still take it back at a price that reflects the state of wear and tear and the ability to resell.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Warranty
- Lifetime Frame Warranty: Our dog beds come with a Lifetime Frame Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChewProof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
